Mag-Dolomite (Magnesite-Dolomite)

Mag-dolomite is a mineral consisting of a mixture of magnesite (MgCO₃) and dolomite (CaMg(CO₃)₂). The ratio of these two minerals in mag-dolomite can vary, influencing its properties and applications.

Sintered Magnesite (DBM)

Dead-burnt magnesite (DBM) is a high-purity form of magnesium oxide (MgO) produced by sintering magnesite ore at high temperatures (1400-1800°C). It serves as a crucial raw material in the production of refractories, particularly magnesia bricks, and amorphous (shapeless) refractory materials. Sintered magnesite exhibits good resistance to basic slags and other corrosive materials, making it ideal for use in metallurgical processes.

Sintered Dolomite (DBD)

Sintered dolomite, also known as dead-burnt dolomite, is produced by heating raw dolomite in a rotary kiln at high temperatures, typically between 1400 and 1800°C. This process completely decomposes the dolomite, converting it into essentially pure calcium and magnesium oxides (CaO + MgO).
